Where noted, "Previously Installed" means there will be evidence of prior installation which may include drill holes for hardware and some minor marks, "Scratch & Dent" means that there are some visible minor dents, marks or scratches. "New" means these are overstock doors never installed nor are they damaged. All doors sold come with the standard manufacturers warranty except "Scratch & Dent" models which come with a basic 1 year section and hardware warranty. All clearance garage door sales are final.
